Smart Manufacturing



Course Description:

This Smart Manufacturing course offers a comprehensive introduction and covers essential manufacturing processes, CNC programming with automation systems, offering both theoretical knowledge and hands-on skills. The student will learn G-codes, M-codes and advanced CNC operations for milling, turning and drilling. Integrated into Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and their integration with business and shop floor systems. The course also emphasizes automation, CNC process control therby preparing participants for modern, high-tech manufacturing environments.

Dr. Ashish Urade has 20 years of experience in Teaching courses specially related to Production Technology and Manufacturing engineering. His areas of interest are production technology, automation, micromaching and CNC machining, unconventional machining processes. He is also actively involved in research and has several papers and patents in her credits. He has delivered expert lectures in various STTP/FDP in the area of precision and smart manufacturing.
